I never played sports. I got into drugs at 13. I had no confidence and kept myself around people who didn’t give a shit about me.
By senior year, I was 110 lbs soaking wet, getting pushed around, used, and lost as hell.
I tried filling the void with women, drugs, and distractions, but all that did was numb the pain.
Then, when I was 18, my sister passed away in a car accident. She was drunk driving.
A year before that, I had crashed a car under the influence myself.
That moment hit me hard—I saw exactly where I was headed, and it scared the fuck out of me.
That entire week, I barely got out of bed. I kept asking myself: “If I was taking my last breath right now, would I be okay with how I lived?”
The answer was hell no—I wasn’t doing a single thing to make myself proud.
That was the moment I knew I had to change.
So I did. I cut out all the bullshit—vaping, smoking, pills, partying, meaningless relationships, wasting time.
I isolated myself, burned every bridge that was holding me back, and sat with myself for the first time ever.
At first, it sucked. I didn’t like who I was. But facing the truth was the only way forward.
The pain of my old life turned into fuel to build something better.
I worked random jobs to get by, but my real job was becoming the man I was meant to be.
My first real test? Bodybuilding.
In summer 2023, I stepped on stage for my first bodybuilding competition—not to win, but to prove to myself that I was done playing small.
12 weeks out, I had an anxiety attack.
I rarely get anxious, but that night, it hit me hard. I realized I was lying to myself about how hard I was working. I knew exactly what I needed to do—I just wasn’t doing it.
The next morning, I made a choice: no more rationalizing. No more half-assing.
From that moment on, I was all in.
I stopped running from challenges and started attacking them head-on.
Those last 12 weeks changed everything.
My physique leveled up, my confidence skyrocketed, and for the first time in my life, I felt fulfilled—because I was finally giving my all every single day. And because I committed to becoming excellent, everything else in my life followed.
This is when I realized my real purpose—helping other men do the same.
